Keith Selikman

Director
Keith has specialised in advising owners of private companies on exit strategies for over 30 years. He was a Partner in the global accounting firm Arthur Andersen specialising in the areas of M&A corporate advisory, business consulting, insolvency and corporate finance. Shortly after he established KSA Capital Advisors in 1998, each of the major Australian banks ANZ, Westpac and NAB, at different times over a 10 year period, contracted Keith on an exclusive basis to advise their Business Banking clients on business valuations, business sale and acquisition transactions, shareholder dispute matters, and business succession issues. Keith is uniquely experienced and credentialed to advise clients on business valuation, mergers & acquisitions, business sales, ownership succession, capital structures, leveraged recapitalisations and buyouts, and private equity investment. He is a proven negotiator and successful mediator of shareholder disputes.

Suren 'Tau' Kumar

Director
Tau joined KSA in 2006. He has extensive experience within the corporate finance and investment banking sectors advising private, listed and unlisted companies. He has held executive roles in Deloitte Corporate Finance, KPMG Corporate Finance and NAB Succession Services. He has 18 years of experience in advising on: mergers, acquisitions, divestments, valuations (share, business & intangible asset valuations), independent expert reports, capital raising (debt and equity - both on-market and off-market), and IPOs. His experience extends to private equity, due diligence reviews, financial model development and reviews, transaction structuring, investment evaluations, offer document preparation, wealth management product development and capital market development.

Alex Medaglia

Director
Alex has specialised in advising business owners of private companies on exit strategies and value enhancement strategies for over 20 years. He has held executive roles with Westpac and NAB where he was engaged to advise Business Banking clients on business valuation, sale of business, succession/transition buy-out structures and capital raisings. Alex has been actively involved in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business sales, exit planning and private equity.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Economics; Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment; FIPA.
